The primary objective of St. Xavier's Hr. Sec. School is to impart sound formation (religious, moral, mental, social environmental and physical), based on the principles of Christian fath, to the people of Tripura.
The method of education followed in this institution is the one taught and practiced by St. John Bosco, a great educator of youth. It is based on our reverential love for God, on conviction, and on the friendly presence of the educator for timely corrections and guidance. Don Bosco termed it as Reason, Religion and Loving Kindness.
The following subjects are taught in the school with a view to prepare the pupils for their Secondary Examination: Bengali, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer and Geography. The other subjects are work Education, Physical Education, Moral Science, Environmental Education, Hindi and Catechism.
The following subjects are taught in view of Higher Secondary School (Plus two) Education {Arts) - English, Economics, Political Science, History and Physical Education. The school also offers value educatin to the students.
