St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School Pathaliaghat
The annual general staff meeting of St. Xavier's Higher Secondary school, Pathaliaghat was held on Saturday the 2nd of March 2024 at 11:00 am in the office of the Principal. Fr. Blasius, the rector, Fr. K.A. Thomas the Vice-principal, brothers, and sisters graced the meeting with their benign presence. Amonf the staff, except, Mr. Chiranjit, all were present for the meeting. The meeting began with a prayer by Sr. Monica and the words of welcome by Fr. Babu Stephen, the principal. Thereafter, Fr. Babu introduced the agenda to the staff and proceeded with the meeting. The meeting was called precisely to discuss about the forth-coming annual examinatin in the school which begins from 7th of March 2024. During the meeting, a number of importanat points such as Examination routine, time, seat arrangement, invigilation duty, submission of files, recording of internal marks, the height and weight of the students, the Physical education test, entry of marks in the school ERP by class teachers, promotion rank holders and so on. were dealt with and doubts were also cleared during the meeting. The principal exhorted everyone to be vigilant and proactive during invigilation of exam. The teachers were also called upon to come to school on time for duty. The meeting ened with final message delivered by Fr. Recotr and a cup of tea for all.
