The PRS examination for Class IX and Class VI was successfully conducted at St. Xavier's School, Pathaliaghat, on 4th December 2024. A total of 30 students from Class IX and 30 students from Class VI participated in the exams.
The exams commenced at 9:00 AM in two designated rooms: Class IX in Room C and Class VI in Room C. Students were tested on five main subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, General Knowledge
Four officials from the district administration visited the school to oversee and take stock of the arrangements and progress of the exams. Four invigilators appointed by the local administration supervised the examination process, ensuring adherence to the guidelines and maintaining a conducive environment for the students.
The exams were conducted in a disciplined manner, with strict adherence to rules and protocols. All necessary arrangements, including seating, invigilation, and the availability of examination materials, were efficiently managed. Students displayed commendable focus and cooperation during the exams. The visiting officials expressed satisfaction with the school’s preparation and execution of the examination process.
The PRS examination concluded successfully, marking another step toward academic excellence at St. Xavier’s School. The coordination between the school staff, local administration, and district officials ensured the event's success, setting a benchmark for future examinations.
