St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School Pathaliaghat
The Term II Examination 2025 for Classes I to XI commenced on 27th February 2025 and will conclude on 12th March 2025 at St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School, Pathaliaghat. The examinations began daily at 9:00 AM and were conducted smoothly with systematic planning and execution. Examination Schedule Classes I to VIII had examinations every day. Classes IX and XI had examinations on alternate days. The duration of the examination for Classes I to VIII was two hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM). The duration for Classes IX and XI was three hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon). Seating Arrangements A well-prepared seating arrangement was efficiently managed by Mr. Pradip Debnath, ensuring all students were accommodated comfortably for the examinations. The question papers were arranged by Mr. Sukumar Debbarma. Printing of the question papers was done by Mr. Jehova Kaipeng. The necessary materials such as papers, staplers, rubber bands, and files were prepared by Mr. Bimal Debbarma and the supporting staff. All arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examination were made in a systematic and orderly manner. The school ensured a fair and disciplined examination environment. Prior to the examination, admit cards were distributed to the students by their respective class teachers. Students arrived well-prepared for their exams. On the first day, a common assembly was held where Fr. Babu Stephen extended his best wishes to all students and offered a prayer for their success. He also encouraged everyone to maintain fairness and integrity during the exams. The classrooms were kept clean, neat, and tidy, creating a comfortable and conducive atmosphere for students to write their examinations without any distractions. Fr. Babu Stephen expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all the staff members for their hard work and dedication in ensuring the successful execution of the Term II Examination 2025. The successful completion of the Term II Examination reflects the dedication, coordination, and efficiency of the staff and students at St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School, Pathaliaghat.
